Flamerite YCT-100 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Flamerite
Model : YCT-100
Customers Fault Description : Fire will not light. Power is going to fire but grandson dropped remote and not worked since. Battery replaced.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The controller was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
It is possible that the dial on the back of the remote has shifted when the remote was dropped. The customer is to try each position of the code dial one step at a time whilst testing each button. Failing that it could be an issue with the receiver part of the heater.
