ALTUS Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : ALTUS

Customers Fault Description : RIGHT BUTTON NOT WORKING

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged button facia, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.

The right side button was non responsive, this was due to damage to the print traces in the facia.  The traces were reworked which restored full functionality.  Tape was then placed over the facia to hopefully prevent contaminants from entering the facia.
