Customer's Fault Description
Control is usable, but the lower left hand button controlling the pilot light is a poor connection which makes it difficult and unreliable.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Somerset and on testing was found to have sluggish button response. All four buttons and the battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
