Gutmann Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Gutmann

Customers Fault Description : The up and down buttons are not working and the int button. Everything else is working.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gutmann remote controller arrived safely from Watford and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.

This was due to contaminated button contact from moisture ingress.  The button pads and PCB was cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
