Customer's Fault Description
Does not appear to be sending a signal. Have tried new batteries. Transmit button seems to be working but the IR bulb does not appear to work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This C&J remote arrived safely from Leamington spa and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting its Infra Red Signal.
This was due to a faulty IR LED, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
