Customer's Fault Description
The following buttons are not responding at all ; POWER, SEL/PLAY, PAUSE, STOP, REW, FF, EXIT. The following need a hard press; VOL UP/DOWN CH UP/DOWN, INFO, AUD, MENU, PRE/CH HI! I don't remember being any liquid spillage or the like on this remote, however it is quite old, hoping it just needs contact cleaning. Would be great to get it back working 100%. Thanks. Tom.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have many non functioning / sluggish buttons.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality
