Customer's Fault Description
Fails to operate the lights or fan, red light appears on control but nothing happens. Changed the batteries but still won't work
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Ultraframe Conservatory light & fan control arrived safely from Hinckley and on testing was found not to be transmitting an infra red signal.

This was found to be due to a couple of the IC pins breaking away from the PCB (possibly due to board flexing), the IC was soldered firmly back into place which restored full functionality.
