Ultraframe Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Ultraframe

Customers Fault Description : Fails to operate the lights or fan, red light appears on control but nothing happens. Changed the batteries but still won't work

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Ultraframe Conservatory light & fan control arrived safely from Hinckley and on testing was found not to be transmitting an infra red signal.

This was found to be due to a couple of the IC pins breaking away from the PCB (possibly due to board flexing), the IC was soldered firmly back into place which restored full functionality.
