Battery corrosion to terminals on remote control unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Dimplex remote arrived safely from Cheshire and on inspection the battery terminals were found to have suffered from a battery leak. This was making the battery connection intermittent.

All terminals were replaced which restored full functionality. (see testing video)
