Customer's Fault Description
The remote does not function regardless of which 4 buttons including on /off. Other buttons are for lamp, heat 1 and heat 2. Batteries changed without effecting function.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Valor remote arrived safely from Emsworth and on testing the top 2 buttons were non responsive and the others were sluggish in response.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each button which restored full functionality (see testing video)
