Customer's Fault Description
Remote was accidentally dropped. I have changed the batteries but it does not work to swith on the light or the ceiling fan.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely from Hampshire and on  testing was found not to transmit a signal on any button.

This was due to breaks on the print around the IL LED.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality (see testing video)
