NRG Automation Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : NRG Automation
Customers Fault Description : Top button not working and therefore not opening gate
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from Aughton and on inspection the case was found to be damaged (this cannot be replaced as spare cases are not available as spares)
On testing the top button was not responding. This was due to a worn button contact, the contacts and pad were reworked which restored full functionality (See testing video)
