Customer's Fault Description
No response from remote when pressing the power button. Have tried new batteries. Light on remote flashes when batteries are replaced, however the remote will not turn on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not respond from its double power button press.
This was due to a common issue of a corrosion spot in the print causing an open circuit.
The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
