Customer's Fault Description
On/Off button not working, using my phone camera I can see the infra red led pulsing when the other black buttons are pressed. Identical fault to the one found at remotefixer.co.uk/rf4885.html
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Wall mounted coal flame effect fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a have a non functioning power button.
This was due to bad button contacts, replacement button caps were fitted under the facia for the power and light buttons which restored full functionality.
