Customer's Fault Description
No display on remote, no buttons activate anything, no response at all. The fire still works when operated manually. Both batteries have been replaced with new.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely from Bristol and on testing the screen was working but some of the buttons were non responsive.

This was due to contaminated contacts.  The button contacts and PCB were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality (see testing video)
