This remote arrived safely and on testing weas totally dead.
On opening the internal lithium battery was found to be expanded which is a sign that it is breaking down internally.
After talking to the customer it was concluded that the issue might be due to low power from a bad battery. A replacement battery was fitted and all was tested as ok. The customer is to test the remote with the receiver.
Important - Always ensure to use the correct charger on this item, many of these remotes arrive with the charging circuit blown due to incorrect chargers being used.
