Customer's Fault Description
I own a ProTrolley PT2 and the remote has stopped working. It stopped working during a round of golf. I tried a spare good battery to no avail. The adjust button is worn as is the left button. But they have been like that for a long time. The issue is that nothing lights the led now.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was found to be due to a faulty power isolator switch, this was rectified using switch cleaner and then 2 of the main buttons were replaced. This restored full functionality.
