Customer's Fault Description
no buttons are working unable to turn on extractor or light
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the retaining lug for the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced) and the PCB was found to be loose inside the case, this was making the button position incorrect.
The PCB was hot glued firmly back into the correct position which restored full functionality.
