Opti-Myst Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Opti-Myst

Customers Fault Description : Remote accidentally fell and has not worked since. Does not switch on or off. Batteries were changed but made no difference.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Dimplex Optimyst Stove remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have impacted battery terminals making power to the remote intermittent.

Replacement spring terminals were fitted which made the batteries a nice tight fit.  Full functionality was restored.
