Customer's Fault Description
The light on the fob lights up when I press the button but the garage doors don't always open. We have changed the barratries but it seems to have gotten worse over the past week.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Bargoed and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.
The frequency was tested at 433Mhz which is the correct frequency for this item.
It may be that this item needs "pairing" with the receiver, this is something we cannot do remotely as it needs to be with its receiver.
The remote was tested at random intervals over a 3 day period with no fault being replicated.
