Customer's Fault Description
Remote not interacting with cooker hood. Fairly new remote. Would return to store however uk silverline no longer exists. No light coming on on the remote. Changed batteries multiple times, with no success.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Silverline cooker hood remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

This was found to be due to a blown blue LED, the LED was replaced which restored full functionality.
