Customer's Fault Description
Temp as 2 dashes on it. So can't start my heating up. Also menu button needs soldering back on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Burnley and on testing was found to not respond from its menu button.
When opened it was found that the menu button had broken away from the PCB (see image). A replacement button was fitted which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the temperature reading (see image). When batteries are first inserted it may take a short while to register the temperature.
