Customer's Fault Description
It just won’t control the fire anymore - even if new battery in, it won’t function.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable, a replacement was fitted and then it was found that the remote was not sending a signal.
The signal issue was found to be due to a faulty transducer. A replacement transducer was fitted which restored full functionality.
