Customer's Fault Description
On/Standby button doesn't work. I think the other buttons work but please check.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Denon remote arrived safely from London and on testing was confirmed to have a non responsive power button.

This was due to worn button contacts, a replacement conductive pad was glued into place which restored full functionality.  All other buttons were tested as working as normal (see testing video)
