Buttons are sluggish and un-responsive , especially volume, plus and minus which is the most used.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Musical Fidelity pre-amp remote control arrived safely form Bath and on testing was confirmed to have very sluggish button response.

This was found to be due to worn button contacts.  Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the buttons which restored full functionality.
