Despite new batteries unit does not light up. At an angle you see some setting
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely form Derbyshire and on testing was confirmed to have intermittent power.  This was due to impacted battery terminals, one was also found to appear corroded from a possible battery leak.  

The Impacted terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.

The screen on this remote started to be erratic, this repair was refunded 8th Dec 2022
