Customer's Fault Description
When pressing on/off switch the control is unresponsive. I’ve tried various new batteries to no avail. The control worked yesterday but totally dead today.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to respond from its double power button press.
On opening there was signs of corrosion in the print from moisture contamination (see image), this was cleaned up and the print reworked which restored full functionality (see testing video)
