Customer's Fault Description
Control is not communicating with the fire. Fire does not react on any button press
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This heater remote arrived safely from Pelsall and on testing was found to be dead. The battery terminals had signs of a battery leak.
When opened the negative wire from the battery block was found to be corroded and disconnected from the terminal. The wire was replaced which restored full functionality.
