Customer's Fault Description
Hi. It’s just not working- no light appears when buttons are pressed - changed battery a few times to double check but to no avail. Assume there’s a fault in it somewhere.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

This was found to be due to contamination over a couple of pins on one of the main ICs, once cleared of contaminants full functionality was restored.
