Customer's Fault Description
Remote stopped working, changed batteries still nothing happening.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Wurlitzer remote controller arrived safely from Essex and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening there was some signs of corrosion on some of the IC pins, these were cleaned up and resoldered which restored full functionality (see testing video)
This item was returned UGT and was found to have numerous non responsive buttons. The button array was cleaned up and the IC pins resoldered again which did restore full functionality again, the remote was then tested over a 2 day period with not issues being replicated. Item returned to customer 8th June 2023.
