Customer's Fault Description
Unable to switch the heat ON using the two buttons, Heat and Send. Still possible to switch OFF with the Off and Send buttons, but becoming more difficult.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Cheshire and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish button response.
This was due to worn contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality (see testing video)
