Sumvision cyclone micro 2+ Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : All buttons not working cleaned contacts no success seems to come back on then stops

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This sd card reader remote arrived safely from Sunderland and on testing was confirmed not to transmit on any button.

This was due to a tiny crack in the print around the IR LED.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
