Kinder gas fire Remote Repair Details

Model : gas fire

Customers Fault Description : 1 button to turn flame down does not work 2. Very intermittent to start

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Kinder remote arrived safely from Hampshire and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.  All 4 buttons and the battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
