Customer's Fault Description
Handset very occasionally works but usually doesn’t. At the moment Reset button is lit but all the others are unlit.. sometimes all buttons lit except the bottom right The rubber surround is not fitted to the handset any more but I will enclose it. Most annoying when you recline and then can’t reset for days and only then if you’re lucky. Cannot he relied on. We’ve had the chair from new.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This HSL remote arrived safely from Somerset and on inspection was found to have 2 blown LEDs, these were replaced and then replacement conductive pads glued under each of the main buttons due to worn contacts.
