Customer's Fault Description
There are 10 options on remote. None are working. I left batteries in after not using fire for a while and they corroded. The no of fire if any help is LVA 191.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely from Devon and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a faulty IR led, the LED was replaced which restored full functionality.
