Customer's Fault Description
Remote control and receiver, or not communicating properly. The lights are flashing on both of the items, but only on the receiver intermittently when tapping the side of the remote control at the same time as pressing the buttons on the remote control.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was intermittently transmitting, this was due to a faulty transducer in the remote.
The transducer was replaced which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
