Red on / off button on the remote only occasionally works.
When the fire is on the Lamp, Heat 1 and Heat 2 function buttons work normally
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning ON/OFF button. This was due to worn contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
