Burley Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Burley

Customers Fault Description : Raised circle button not working. Other button appears fine.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Burley Electric fire remote arrived safely from Bradford and on testing the larger button was non responsive.  The button was found to have collapsed.

A replacement button was fitted which restored full functionality. (see testing video)
