Velux 833212 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Velux
Model : 833212
Customers Fault Description : No response on screen, even with new batteries. Does not connect with window.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This window operator arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
When opened there was signs of corrosion in the print that was causing open circuits.
The print was reworked which restored functionality. The backlight doesn't seem to illuminate but it is not known if this is due to an issue with the backlight of a setup issue (the remote is pin code locked so we cannot go through the setup procedure without wiping its programming), the lack of backlight does not effect the functionality.
