Customer's Fault Description
The remote has not been used for some while, after changing the batteries in both the conroller and fire . The remote green send button does not light when the twwo ingition buttons are depressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Paragon remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. The battery cable was found to have damage.
The cable was replaced as well as all buttons which restored the signal but the visible LED was not illuminating. The LED was replaced with a red colored LED which restored full functionality (see testing video)
