Customers Fault Description : Going on but not turning on fire
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Celsi remote arrived safely from Falkirk and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery terminal making powering the remote not possible.
The terminal was reworked which restored full functionality (see testing video)
