Customer's Fault Description
Nothing seems to work, back battery cover missing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was missing its battery cover (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available)
On testing the remote had poor button response. This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each button which restored full functionality (see testing video)
