Fire will not turn on with remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was foudn to have a loose battery cover due to a broken retaining clip, this battery cover cannot be replaced as spares are not availabe.
On testing the remote was foudn to transmit on each button as per normal operation. The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
The customer is to re-test the remote with brand new quality batteries (Duracell) on return, failing that it is most likely an issue with the receiver itself.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
