Customer's Fault Description
The remote is no longer working. I think two of the pcbs are burnt out.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caple remote arrived safely from Wembley and on inspection the PCB was found to be loose in the case. This meant that the buttons were not aligned with the case properly making button presses difficult.
This was due to a broken mounting pin. The PCB was hot glued firmly into place which restored full functionality.
This item was returned 12th May 2023 and was found to have moisture within the remote which was causing the controller to transmit without a button being pressed. The PCB was cleaned up which restored full functionality. Returned to customer 15th May 2023
