Customer's Fault Description
Remote either not working at all or flickering resulting in the recliner movement being stop/start.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Sherbourne remote arrived safely from Hebden Bridge and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts.  It is not known if this was the issue but after talking to the customer it was decided to replenish the contacts.

Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the buttons and also the oscillator was replaced as a precaution.

The customer is to test the remote on return.
