Customer's Fault Description
The on / off switch is loose and the green light comes on but doesn't always make contact with the motor mover and the battery cover is missing
This is for a caravan I've recently purchased so I don't know how long it's been a problem
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available).
On testing the remote would power up but when moved the remote would randomly power off and on again.
This was not due to the switch but instead was actually the battery cable having an internal break. A replacement battery cable / clip was fitted which restored full functionality.
