Customer's Fault Description
This remote will not factory reset, when i press the 3 middle buttons (+ - on/off) down together this should light up and stay lit up, before pressing the two outer bottoms (light/timer) to reset. i have done this in the last 6 months and it worked, it did it for me once last week but know seems to not want to play. if not re-pairable, are there any other remotes that would work with same frequency etc? checked and replaced battery also, no issues here. thanks for your help

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Sheffield and on testing was found to have erratic button response due to the PCB being loose inside the case.
The PCB mounting pin was broken, the board was hot glued firmly back into place which restored full functionality (see testing video)
