Customer's Fault Description
Red light not working when buttons pressed. Changed battery of course no different.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Garage door remote arrived safely from Manchester and on testing was found not to respond from any button press.
There was corrosion and contamination over the main IC and the button contacts (see image), this was all reworked which then restored functionality. (see testing video).
A set of Energizer batteries will be supplied fitted on return. The screw is missing form the back of the remote which cannot be replaced.
