Customer's Fault Description
Remote display just went blank as if battery was dead. The buttons do not beep when pressed, so it’s not just the display that’s gone.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Derylinn and on testing was confirmed to be dead. This was due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
