Customer's Fault Description
I have sent 2 and numbered them no 1 got wet their are odd pixels on the screen but it doesn't work. No2 got dropped and doesn't work at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two remotes arrived safely and on testing one was dead and one was confirmed to have a bad display.
The one that was water damaged with the bad display was unfortunately foudn to have a bad display itself and corrosion on the PCB, this has classed this remote as beyond repair.
The other remote (the dead one) was found to have a damaged battery terminal. The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
