Bed TV Lifter Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Exactly the same issue has occurred to my tv bed remote in your job on (Oct 2022).
The battery compartment is badly damaged and the terminals detached. As you mentioned spare cases are not available as spares, so would you also be able to modify my existing case and restore full functionality?

This Bed TV Lifter remote arrived safely and on inspection the case / battery compartment was found to be badly damaged.  Replacement cases are not available as spares so we had to modify the battery compartment (see images).  Full functionality was restored.
